Introduction

“आर्थिक तथा सामाजिक विकासका लागि बचत गरौं” भन्ने मूल नाराका साथ सहकारी ऐन २०४८ अन्तर्गत डिभिजन सहकारी कार्यालय भक्तपुरमसाल कार्तिक २१ गते दर्ता भई सञ्चालन भइरहेको शुभश्री बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. बचत तथा ऋण कारोवार गर्न स्वीकृती प्राप्त संस्था हो । मध्यपुर थिमि न.पा.–४, शंखधर चोक, भक्तपुरमा यसको कार्यालय रहेको छ । समाजमा निष्कृय भएर रहेका स–साना पू“जीलाई एकत्रित गरी शेयर सदस्यहरूलाई बिभिन्न व्यवसायिक तथा सीपविकास सम्बन्धी तालिम प्रदान गरी सरल एवं सहज ढंगले कर्जा प्रवाह गरी स्वरोजगार तथा व्यवसायिक व्यक्तत्वको रुपमा स्थापित गर्दै लैजाने यस संस्थाको मुख्य उद्देश्य रहेको छ । लामो समयदेखि वित्त, लेखा एवं बिभिन्न पेशामा आवद्ध रही अनुभव हासिल गर्नु भएका स्थानीय व्यक्तित्वहरू यस संस्थाको अग्रपंक्तिमा रहनुले लक्ष्य प्राप्ति गरी निश्चयनै अघि बढि रहेको छ । शेयर पू“जी (Share Capital) अहिलेको प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बजारको अवस्थालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै यस संस्थाको अधिकृत शेयर पू“जी रु. ५,००,००,०००÷– (अक्षरेपी पाच करोड रुपैया“) कायम गरिएको छ । आवश्यकता एवं अनुकूलता बमोजिम यसलाई क्रमिक रुपमा चुक्ता पू“जीमा परिणत गर्दै लागिनेछ ।

Cooperative is an organization to promote the Cooperative Movement, aspires to facilitate the Voluntary formation and democratic functioning of Cooperatives/ Societies based on self reliance and mutual aid for overall economic betterment and financial autonomy.

Mission

The purpose of a cooperative is to realize the economic, cultural and social needs of the organization's members and its surrounding community. Cooperatives often have a strong commitment to their community and a focus on strengthening the community they exist in or serve.

Strategy

Cooperative strategy is the attempt by organizations to realize their objectives through cooperation with other organizations, rather than in competition with them. It focuses on the benefits that can be gained through cooperation and how the management of cooperation can realize these benefits.

Core Values

Cooperatives are based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and solidarity. In the tradition of their founders, cooperative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others

Objectives

Cooperative aims at promoting the economic and social interest of the members by providing effective services, which the members need and can, make use of. The main purpose of a cooperative is not maximization of profits but service to members and a cooperative shall operate according to sound business principles.
